Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PlayTactiq, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What we provide

PlayTactiq provides coaching content including session plans, practice animations and tactical guides. Full Access content is available while your subscription or trial remains active. Selected practices may also be offered as one-off digital purchases.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must provide accurate information when signing up

4. Subscription and billing

• The free trial lasts 3 days with no credit card required
• After the trial, full access is £3/month billed monthly
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. One-off digital practice purchases

• The price shown before checkout is a single payment, not a subscription
• A completed purchase gives your account ongoing access to the named practice through My purchases while your account remains open and PlayTactiq continues to operate that content
• Before paying, you must expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel will be lost once access begins
• This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care
• A full refund revokes access to the refunded practice

6. Content ownership

All content on PlayTactiq — drills, videos, diagrams, and coaching guides — is owned by PlayTactiq. You may use it for your own coaching sessions but may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform

8. Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We'll give advance notice for planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

PlayTactiq is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via your account settings.

11. Third-party platforms and TikTok

PlayTactiq can prepare original coaching videos and posting copy for third-party platforms. For TikTok Direct Post, the authorised user must preview the video, edit or accept its title, choose the available privacy, interaction and disclosure settings, confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and expressly select Confirm & Post. PlayTactiq does not send a TikTok video through the Content Posting API before that action. Our use of the TikTok API is governed by the TikTok API Terms of Service. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email or via the platform. Continued use of PlayTactiq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
