Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PlayTactiq, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What we provide

PlayTactiq gives you access to weekly coaching content — session plans, drill animations, and tactical guides — for grassroots coaches across every sport. Content is published on a weekly schedule and available as long as your subscription is active.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up

4. Subscription and billing

  • The free trial lasts 3 days with no credit card required
  • After the trial, full access is £3/month billed monthly
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. Content ownership

All content on PlayTactiq — drills, videos, diagrams, and coaching guides — is owned by PlayTactiq. You may use it for your own coaching sessions but may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform

7. Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We'll give advance notice for planned downtime where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

PlayTactiq is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Third-party platforms and TikTok

PlayTactiq publishes its own coaching drill videos to third-party social platforms, including the official @playtactiq TikTok account, via the TikTok Content Posting API. We only post PlayTactiq-owned content and do not access, collect, or store data from any other TikTok user account. Our use of the TikTok API is governed by the TikTok API Terms of Service. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email or via the platform. Continued use of PlayTactiq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
